I haven’t really contacted my insurance agent since I first bought it as I haven’t had any accidents. I guess my experience has been relatively good, as they aren’t obnoxious with notifications/mailings. I like what she charges me, and the coverage is decent. I did appreciate that they offer Spanish translation services for my grandmother, who has also gotten insurance services through them. I may look into their home insurance offerings when I finally buy a home. I guess the only other thing I can really about the agent is that I’m happy she’s located in St. Petersburg which is relatively close to my home. I really value using local services over big national corporations. That’s all I really have to say about their insurance company regarding my experiences with them.
