They cover us for 3 cars and our homeowners insurance. We’ve only had to use our insurance one time and they had fast response times. When the house flooded, the agent arranged for an adjuster to come out the next day. The adjuster was in a van that had an office setup in the back so they could do the cost estimate on site. They took all the measurements and estimated the building costs and wrote us a check right there on the spot.
As for auto insurance , the offer us multi car discounts and multi policy discounts so we save across the board having all of our policies with the same company.
The customer service is top notch. There’s no better feeling than calling a company and having an actual human pick up the phone without having to go through an automated system.
