A coworker recommended Cheryl’s office. We had our vehicles covered and later, our house when we bought a home. We have been very happy with their customer service. It is a small office and you have a good chance of speaking to Cheryl herself but if not her other employees are very attentive and responsive. Unfortunately, we had a bad couple of years and my husband had three incidents with his vehicle and they declined to renew our auto insurance. Even still, I appreciate that they declined to renew rather than reject us. That left us able to shop for other insurance and not pay too exorbitant a rate elsewhere. All in all, they’ve been very fair and reasonably priced. We still have our house covered through them and when I’ve shopped around, my current coverage is more complete at a better rate than others. I only hope that we can build up our driving record to go back to them for our auto as well!”
