Lifen was extremely helpful with handling my car insurance. My parents recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla for me to drive to college. We needed car insurance in order for me to drive the car. My parents have used AAA as their primary insurance company for the past 20 years so since we lived a block away from an AAA office, we went there to ask for rates. We went in and was greeted promptly by a woman named Lifen Thai. She spoke multiple languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She was extremely friendly and went through the entire process of how to purchase car insurance, which plan is the best for a college student, and the pros and cons of each. Not only that, but she provided me with little tips on how to save on auto insurance. She was very helpful and we were able to get our car insurance with no problems at all. In addition, Lifen was very easy to reach via email or phone as she responded promptly to each type of communication.
