Charlotte Holt since the first day I met her was a very down to earth person that made it very clear that she was not going to give me and my family the run around when it came to insurance rates and binding contracts. She has been very nice and helpful to me and my family since signing her on as our insurance agent. We can honestly say that there is nothing negative to say about Charlotte Holt the insurance agent other than that she needs to put in a coffee machine and a lot of snacks such as doughnuts outside in the waiting area. One thing to mention about Charlotte is that she is a regular human being just like the people she serves and she makes that very clear to who ever she interacts with and does business with.
