I found my agent by submitting some information online a few years ago. I believe several agencies called me, but James ended up finding me a policy for my Business Owners Policy that had better coverage than the others for about the same cost. He operates a Regus office, so it’s not a walk-in location, but this hasn’t bothered me. He sends my policy docs to me well in advance, and I pay my premiums online. I always get a birthday card and christmas card in the mail, so I know they consider me a valued customer. Also, at my renewal each year, he sends my policy to other carriers to verify I’m always getting the very best premium. One year we did switch because Travelers was offering a lower premium. Even though he made less commission on my policy, he was honest about willing to help me find the best policy.
