I haven’t had much need to contact this agent. He sends me mail with new offers or thanks for choosing Allstate. i did have a problem with my last car where I had to get it towed three separate times in about a week. i brought in the tow forms and under my plan was compensated back for the tows. The check was pretty quick and the process was easy. just brought in the receipt and they took care of it. other than that i haven’t had any accidents or tickets that needed attention for insurance. My insurance cards always arrive in the mail on time and thats good because i am a delivery driver part time and need those to work that job. So overall i have no complaints.
