State Farm has been fair in their dealings. Occasionally I had trouble with my agent from Las Vegas, NV but that has not been the case with Mr. Teshome. The rates offered on my home and auto insurance are very fair. The coverage offered is what I need. Communication is clear and I receive notifications of bills and important changes well in advance of when they go into effect. When I have been late on paying bills he has been accommodating.
Before I moved to Seattle my family negotiated my auto insurance rates. Ezra Teshome’s office helped me through the process when I signed up for new auto and rental coverage. Several years later, now that I know better, I can say that gave me a fair rate and accurate information. I switched cars for the first time this year.
