I switched to this agent when I got married and my husband’s family used him as their agent for years and highly recommended him. I had also helped him multiple times at a store I had worked at so I knew he was friendly. Any time I called to switch insurance or had to file a claim he was so helpful and friendly and didn’t act like we were interrupting his day. When we moved about 30 miles away, we never even considered switching agents. He still came out and looked at our home when we wanted homeowners insurance even though it was further away. He never complained or acted like he just wanted us to switch to another company. And there are plenty of insurance agents here so it would’ve been easy to switch. He’s just the kind of guy you wish everyone in customer service would be.
