Ramona Herrera’s team is excellent, and very attentive to the needs of its customers. I have yet to experience any negative issues with this team or office. Whenever there is a question or concern, her team is there to answer and provide the necessary support.The team reviews the coverage on an annual basis to make sure that the customers basic insurance needs are met. They are very diligent on communication, and very easy to get a hold off. It is very easy for me to make updates to my policy as the team offers every possible solution from in person visit, to online, to over the phone. There is nothing that this team will not do for their customers. If you are looking for a team to provide you with insurance, and are looking for a great team, then this is it.
