1. I have found my overall experience with this agent as a positive experience. She has always been very polite and friendly. She keeps me updated with all types of information through various methods. She will send me occasional emails with a variety of information. She also sends me a monthly correspondence, including my monthly premium amount, including the scope of my insurance coverage.

   I have also contacted her when I purchased a new vehicle and had to make sure I had coverage for that vehicle before I left the lot with it. She was very helpful in processing my request. She made sure that we were immediately covered, and it was done in a very quick manner. Anytime I have had to call her with any kind of questions, she makes sure to inform me of what I need to know. At the same time, she is not excessively pushy or aggravating, as sometimes people can be when they are in that type of service providers. She does not overwhelm us with constant calls, emails or letters. We don’t have to feel as if we are being harassed or stalked. I have had that kind of negative experience with other companies or agents that are in a similar career choice. We have had this insurance for quite a bit of time and I have enjoyed the business relationship we have with Amanda. I enjoy that she will make sure to take care of your answers or concerns, but yet I don’t feel as if she is aggressive or pushy as an agent. “
