Working with Joseph has been easy and without complaint. Each time there is a chance or a problem, he is available to me. His office is local even though Liberty Mutual works across the nation, and I feel as though he is there for my family. Recently, we bought a new car since our old one was totaled by a deer. While I did not work with Joseph, the process was easy enough once I was able to get in touch with the agent responsible for the total loss program. I should be picking up the new car — a Hyundai Tucson — next week, and everything makes sense to me. We use Liberty Mutual for multiple different types of insurance, and are able to get a discount. This is important to me.
