I really enjoy working with Luke Dale. He is very nice and listens to my needs whenever I am talking to him. He allows me to come into the office even if I don’t have an appointment if I need anything and he will sit down with me to figure out any questions or concerns that I might have toward my policy, payments, or claims. Luke Dale seems to really care about the people who come into his office not just sell them something and get them on their way. Luke Dale is the only insurance agent that I have ever worked with that actually sat down and explained each part of my policy in detail with me so that I would know exactly what I was paying for from Allstate.
