I switched to Jill from another agent because she is very quick to respond to issues and questions. When a question came up about some coverages we had Jill’s people got on the phone and got the issue resolved quickly with State Farm. She contacts me once a year to come in and review my coverages to see if I need to make changes to save money or get more protection as my financial position changes. She worked hard to get coverage for my summer home when State Farm was phasing out the specific coverage I needed. Jill is an agent in a smaller town and sponsors many different charitable groups as part of her giving back to the community attitude. I enjoy running into Jill as I participate in activities around town. The people in her office are well trained and very attentive from the minute you call or walk in the door.
