Mike is always available by phone or email whenever I need him. Will accommodate after hours visits. Is very personable and loves to talk your head off. Backed by a legitimate company, Farm Bureau, unlike the ‘Fly By Night’ agents that come and go in the area. The clerical staff are awesome and very knowledgeable if needing a quick question or problem corrected. Mike knows and understands the products he is selling and I do not feel as if he is pushing something on me I do not need. The pricing he gave me is very comparable to the online sites that I used to find the best deal. My only complaint is that Farm Bureau did not have Long Term Disability Insurance available to quote. I had to go through the AICPA trade organization I belong to get it.
