Being an agency in a smaller town, I have found the Larry Vanook agency to be personable, personal, and proactive. They’re always quick to return my calls and provide through answers to any and all questions that I may have. In the few incidents that I have had a problem or concern, they’ve done everything in their power to rectify the situation in a timely manner. When a solution was not possible at that time, they made sure to offer me a date in the future when the issue could be revisted and re-addressed. All employees of this agency are knowledgable and friendly, from the front desk receptionist to the actual agents providing the service. I would definitely recommend them and the Farm Bureau agency as a whole to family and friends.
