I have had nothing but good experiences with Jerry. His office staff is always very helpful and quick to answer. Any time I have questions or concerns he helps me out immediately. There is never any wait to see him or speak to him. The rare times when I’ve had to make a claim it has been processed quickly and efficiently. His office is a bit of a drive for me, but it is completely worth it given the level of customer service that his office provides. I feel that it is extremely convenient having an insurance agent I can talk face to face to instead of dealing with some anonymous person online or on the phone. I wouldn’t change a thing about his office or the way he does business.
