We have been with Jim Incledon’s agency for at least 5 years, since before we purchased our current home. We started out with renter’s insurance and car insurance on two vehicles, and transitioned to homeowner’s insurance when we purchased our first home. We get great discounts for having multiple policies, and haven’t managed to find a better price for the same coverage at any point during the last 5 years. Everyone in the office is friendly and makes the initial sign-up and renewal processes easy and quick. We always get quick and comprehensive answers to our questions – for instance, when our homeowner’s policy renewed last year, there were a couple of added coverages to the policy documents. We called and asked for information about these items, and the office staff explained them comprehensively. We agreed that these extra elements of the policy made sense for our circumstances, and with our discounts for multiple policies, are actually SAVING money over comparable policies from other carriers.
