Overall she was friendly and helpful getting the policy set up
When getting our policy set up she was very efficient and helpful. When it has come to making changes to our policy it’s been a little difficult getting ahold of her, or she will tell us to just call the insurance company directly. It would be nice if she could take care of our changes or questions directly because my husband and myself like to communicate through e-mail (for a paper trail). It would be nice to have someone we know personally handling any insurance needs rather than being shuffled off to call the insurance company directly. The insurance company themselves have been very easy to deal with. Outside of a bit of unresponsiveness she has always been very friendly. The rate she was able to get us was unmatched by any competitors, so I would recommend her to friends and family.
