Many of the people on staff at this office are friendly with a relative I am not in contact with, and they have allowed this relative to access information about my policy and make changes to it. I would really prefer to change to another agent but right now it is too much of a hassle for me to do that. I feel like I could get better rates and better service somewhere else. I think there could be a lot more transparency from this office. All of that said, when I have needed help from my agent the office has been very friendly, courteous and responsive. I just think they are maybe a little too loose with personal information. I am not comfortable with that. But I am not sure if a different office would be any better.
