When we switched to Country Financial Scott came to our house for a site visit and to complete paperwork. He assisted me with the documents I needed to start vehicle and home coverage and went over the policies in detail. He helped us get enrolled with the Washington farm bureau and talked about other services he provides such as life insurance and retirement investing. He was personable, clean, and on time and put up with my toddler who was in the house with us. He set up auto pay from our bank account. We haven’t had any claims with them yet, but haven’t had any problems with the service so far.
Over the summer my husband called to request a quote for business insurance. There was some confusion about the type of business and it took a long time for Scott to call us back. He did eventually say that the underwriter would need to see the business property, which was fine, except that after the underwriter came it took over a month for Scott to call us back. At that point we weren’t interested in hearing a quote because we had already selected another company.
