I was moving from Georgia to Tennessee and had to change agents. David was recommended to me by my former insurance agent. He had years of experience and was well established in my new town. I’ve only had pleasant experiences when dealing with my agent and his associates. They are never too pushy with their sales tactics, yet I’m considering adding additional insurance/plans. David and his team are always honest and fair when it comes to premiums, etc. They’re always warm and personable. During our conversations, it feels as if I’m speaking to a friend or family member. They’ve offered me advice when it comes to living in Spring Hill, and have offered many recommendations for shopping, dining, and any local service I may need. Compared to any agent I’ve had in the past, David St. Charles is by far the best.
