Jim is very good at his job. He knows what he is doing and he is very friendly. The level of service I received was above and beyond what I thought I might get. He did not seem like someone who just wanted another customer but instead like he made a friend out of his customers. He tailored everything to my needs and made sure I got the services I wanted. He did not push anything that was not needed. He knew what he was talking about and he zipped through the paper work in no time at all. He treated me like I was a person and not just another policy. He was a very nice and well mannered guy who chatted with me and even once the sale was over we still continued to talk. He took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I would understand. He also made it a point to let me know if there was any thing that I needed that I should give him a call and he would do his best to explain it or fixed the problem. I have never met an agent such as Jim. I could not be happier with the service that I received.
