This agent was referred by a family member. The office staff was great and Janet was very knowledgeable. We priced life insurance policies for both me and my husband. We also priced car insurance, but the rates were not competitive. After the visit, Janet followed up with us to make sure that the medical exam took place and all other documents were submitted and received. We occasionally get phone calls and mailings from her asking about our other insurance needs. We have followed up with her about home owner’s insurance after buying our first home two years ago, but again the prices were not competitive. We have recommended her to other friends and family members, several of whom have purchased insurance as well. We look forward to working with her in the future.
