I used this agent because he had the cheapest car insurance. Until 2004 he had my homeowners however in FL Allstate pulled out of the homeowners market so I have to use a separate agent for home owners. They have since offered home owners through other companies however I don’t want to go through the trouble.
He calls at least once or twice a year to provide offer a consultation for other services and see how things are going. He generally want to sell life insurance or homeowners. I am actually taking him up on his offer and meeting with him (probably his surrogate) this Wednesday. The car insurance is fine although if you ever get in an accident Allstate attorneys are idiots. It took my attorney less then a week to work out a settlement that had taken their attorneys had been working on for 2 years.
