My experience with my Farm Buearu agent has been satisfactory. I have saved money through this company with combining my car and life insurance. She has always been a phone call away. I recently purchased a used auto mobile and purchased insurance. The insurance was activated and I was pleased. A couple of days later I had discovered that there was serious issues with this vehicle, the car had such problems that made it un safe to drive everyday. I contacted my agent to cancel the insurance, she canceled it that day and completely refunded what I had paid. She also informed me of laws that made it illegal for someone to sell a car without disclosing such information. I ended up taking the car back and buying a different used car a couple months later. My agent got it insured right away at a discount.
