My experience with Heidi has also been great. She is always kind, polite, and handles out business with a smile. The two times we have went into the office to review or add a policy she has always offered us coffee or anything she can possible to make my family as comfortable as needed. Trying to understand the complete coverage was a bit confusing myself, but she was able to quickly answer any of the questions I had about my policies. Almost any time I have called the office, Heidi is the only person that answers and that helps me with any issues or questions that I may have. With all her expertise and experience you would almost think it was her agency instead of her bosses. She is an agent that I could see owning her own independent office and being highly successful doing so in the near future.
