Inez always is lovely to talk to. Anytime I have a question regarding my policy, deductible, or payments, she is quick to answer and never makes it seem like I am bothering her. She remembers me by voice and greets me by my first name whenever calling. She has been my insurance agent for over 3 years and I could not imagine having anybody else. She was introduced to me via a family friend who has been with her for over 10 years.
