1. We have used Matthew Graham as our agent for many years. He is always accessible, and has always provided us with an almost instant solution to any question or problem we might have. His customer service is excellent. When flooding hit our area, I lost my car. We were able to get help with towing and all related expenses, and after, made sure we had the correct coverage should it ever happen again. He was my husband’s agent for car insurance before we were married. We chose to move all of our insurance over to him after he offered the best price on our homeowners insurance. When our insurance cards were lost, he had them in the mail to us the following day. He has never let us down. He has also given us his personal cell number for quicker contact.

2. From the beginning, he has always treated me like a person, a friend. not a just another client. He is very informative about explaining my policies and helping me get the best rates. The rest of his staff at his office is always very friendly and helpful. When I walk in his door, he always comes out and says hi personally, making me feel important. I have call to call hum on a handful of occasion needing help. He always give me very good advice, not necessarily benefiting his office, but myself as a person. That honesty you don’t always find in a person. If i need information from him, it is always done in a timely manner in a way that is the most convenient for me. His location is very convenient to me as well.
