She was super friendly, but I don’t think she has been doing life insurance for a very long time. She didn’t sit down and fill out or go over the application with me so there were a lot of things she missed. This led to a lot of back and forth with her to ensure that the application was completed accurately. I am still not sure where I stand as far as the life insurance purchasing process goes because after she had me fill out the form to authorize my bank charges, she had me sign a different form to get more information from my doctors office. I haven’t heard anything since, and to the best o my knowledge I have yet to be charged for my policy. I did all of this because I wanted a qoute, and It turns out that I got way more than I bargained for. She has always been really nice though and I really appreciate her persistance.
