I found Ms. Jordan to be very friendly and helpful. She immediately reached out to me right after I purchased my car insurance policy to see if I had any questions or concerns. When I needed to make a change to my start date, she took care of it immediately. However, when the time came to renew my policy, my rates were higher despite not getting into any accidents or receiving any tickets in the meantime. When I asked Ms. Jordan about it, she was somewhat dodgy on why my rates would increase. After I let her know that my loyalty is to whatever insurance agency would offer me the best rates, she said she was sorry to hear that, but didn’t make any kind of competitive offer. This made me feel like my business ultimately wasn’t very important for her.
