I have not had much direct contact with this agent. The majority of my experience has been with his staff. The most contact that I had was when I was initially getting the homeowners insurance policy and since then my contact has been minimal. The staff contacted me to get the address of the property and my information for the purposes of insuring the policy. I initially got the policy about 5 years ago. I will occasionally get emails from the agent offering me different types of insurance products. These emails come about once a year and I generally ignore them. I would prefer that the emails provide me with new carriers that offer lower prices rather than adding additional products or policies. I have Tower Hill Insurance Company for my homeowner’s policy.
