The agent did a superb job at getting me a quote that had everything I needed and met my maximum threshold, i.e. what I wanted to pay per month for car insurance. My last rate at my previous insurer was around $80 a month. I was convinced that if I shopped around I could find the same policy for about $15-20 cheaper. Jenn was quick and efficient on the phone, and provided the quote back to me within 10 minutes. I took a few days to decided and she respected my time. She did not bombard me with emails or a single phone call during the three days before I got back to her. The policy was cheaper than I thought, and because the process with her was so easy and convenient, I decided to go with her instead of shopping more to find something that might save me an extra $5.
