I have had a few claims over the past approximately 16 years of business with this agent. They use a centrally located agent, also Allstate to do claims processing, and it also was acceptable. Over the duration of the relationship with this agency, it has had several owners and changes in name. All of which have had acceptable service. There have been a few billing errors in the past, with past owners, and those were quickly and expeditiously handled to my satisfaction. I expect decades more service from this agency. I am currently shopping my package to other carriers for cost and value comparisons. I hope and expect my current agent to be competitive. I will not consider a change in carriers unless a ten percent or more saving can be affected.
