We have 2 homes, and 3 cars insured with State Farm. Ian and his group have always attended to our needs and requests with great responses and cares, and little delay or wait. I don’t know of another company that has ever matched the customer consistence service level that they have given us over the last 10 years. Also, I think that we have saved a large amount of money with first class insurance policies that we will continue to use for many years. They also answer the phone with a real person every time you call, and they are close to where we live.
We have worked with Ian for many years, and consider him someone we can trust and rely on when we need things. Overall he comes highly recommended from my wife and I.
