Our agent is easy to get ahold of, and answers questions quickly. When we’ve had to go to his office, we don’t have to wait very long to see him. His secretary is very nice and helpful. The location of the office is good, however, the parking situation is very tight and hard to navigate, and the office itself is very small.
When we chose Bud Moody as our agent, we had just moved from Tennessee, and knew we wanted to stay with State Farm Insurance. We chose Bud Moody because he was a State Farm agent, and because he was close to where we lived. He and his secretary made it an easy process to transfer our automotive insurance over, and when we bought our house, they also made it easy to add on homeowner’s insurance.
