I’ve had this agent for more than 15 years, I’ve had a couple claims in that time. He was able to help and give me advice on how to handle the claim. Once ended up going through other driver that hit me’s insurance and he helped me understand that process even though the claim wasn’t going through my policy with him. In other situation he handled the claim without issue (i hit a groundhog that damaged my front plastic on my car).
He also gave me heads up on an online defensive driving course that I took to help me save some money on premiums. And finally on more than one occassion we examined the cost of switching to collision only vs comprehensive coverage when my vehicles began to age. I also have homeowner policy with them and he makes sure I’m up to date with discounts, though I haven’t had a claim.
