When I initially spoke to Christine she really had a sincere interest in helping me out.
She explained all the different scenarios I could encounter while living in this new house and location. She was very knowledgeable on all the insurance coverages and did not pressure me on getting any particular coverage.
She also looked at all my other insurance coverages and saved me some money by including my boat to my policy.
Our communication was very smooth as we went back and forth over email or over the phone. When she was busy, she was extremely prompt in returning my calls during the same day.
Overall, I would say customer service is my main priority when shopping for insurance, then price.
Bay View insurance met all my needs and I’m happy to say I’ll be with them for a very long time.
