Steve Hendrix has been my agent from quite some time now. He first wrote my auto insurance policy about 14 years ago. I knew him through one of my neighbor. He was very helpful answering any questions and doing any requests from me. In 2016 I bought a home owner policy through him with Universal Properties. Last year our roof was damaged by hurricane Irma and I had so much problem getting our insurance provider to pay for the damages. I spoke with Steve and his wife about our damages and tried to get them to help but they seemed not very knowledgeable about the policy. I had to go through the claim all by myself. I was kinda disappointed. Beside that, I think they were helpful with my auto insurance.
