I talked with my agent over the phone. I had already begun my plan online but called to confirm the price and plan with an agent as the website suggested. The agent quickly brought up my information and told me that she could even do a bit better on the plans price. I was happy to hear this and that she was able to make me even more satisfied with the plan. The agent then double checked my information with me and was accurate and quick going through it. She then double checked that I was ready to purchase the plan. After the agent confirmed, she advised me that she would now be able to transfer me to the final stage with another agent to do the final purchase of the plan that we had set up.
I thought that the agent was overall genuine, friendly, and caring. I had a good experience overall and got the plan I wanted.
