I’ve been with this agent approximately 6 years, having moved my State Farm policies from another State Farm agent to his office due to poor customer service and policy handling. My home and auto policies were screwed up by the Customer Service Representative at the prior office and Marks office not only moved my policies but corrected all the errors, increased our Liability, reduced our Home Owners deductible and wrote a Flood Insurance policy for us. Our premiums have remained fairly stable and we haven’t had any problems since. The team is personable when I have had to make a personal visit to their office and reaching the agent by phone or email has always been easy with quick replies. I highly recommend using his office to anyone and everyone.
