When we moved to our home from renting, we didn’t realize that we had not cancelled our renter’s insurance. Mindy’s agency actually called us about it and asked if we still needed it, saving us that monthly premium by cancelling it. Not only that, but they applied the premiums we had paid after the move to the homeowner’s policy, which was a very classy move.
Mindy Covington and her office stay in contact through mailers often and phone calls occasionally. They definitely work to cross-promote their products. They have scheduled a time to review our insurance situation yearly, which has helped up to cover all our needs. Although, most recently they wanted to schedule a review of our insurance situation about a month after we had just sat down. Maybe some miscommunication there.
We haven’t had to deal with any claims yet, but they’ve always been very quick with updating our policies when we’ve bought new cars or like the move mentioned above.
