My relationship with Cinawaye’s office has not been ideal. I only stick with them because they offer the lost rates at the time. What I do not like is that my premium increased for using a service. I have an outstanding driving records and have been a long time customer of State Farm. I rarely get calls or warm invites to her office the way I did before. When I initially got car insurance with State Farm I was with Joyce Gladstone. She was great. She knew just when to check in with me and what type of services to offer me at a particular time in my life. She kept us engaged by inviting us in for social events they were hosting in the office as well as private meetings to make us feel special. For example, she invited us in for a pizza lunch, there is a Ledo’s pizza next door this office, and started asking us about life insurance and she also made an adjustment to our car insurance for us having such good driving records. As mentioned above, Cinawaye automatically got our business from Joyce and while I thought we would be in good hands given that Joyce retired and entrusted her clients to Cinawaye, I definitely think the personable aspect of doing business has gone away. Feel like just a number.
