When I initially went to state Farm looking for insurance, I had just left freeway insurance. An easy insurance company that offers low cost insurance to uninsured drivers. When I walked in, the office was very packed buy Alicia made sure that she spoke with me and handed me pamphlets to read while waiting. Overall, my experience was painless and simple and I would do it again if I could. Alicia explained everything clearly and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions or speak to a different agent if I didn’t feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and professional and I felt very satisfied with my entire experience. I would rate state Farm and an 8 and Alicia a 10/10. Everything was explained well and the price that a pay is amazing for full coverage!!!”
