There have been some questions that I have that when I ask the response is pretty generic: such as, Why has my rate gone up so much even though I have no changes to my driving record or accidents reported?” and I get back a response like, “Yeah….everybody had a rate increase. Even my rates went up. That isn’t exactly a satisfactory response to a customer that is asking why an increase has happened. So….State Farm just decided it needed more money and increased everyone’s rates or was it just a select few? I have also had website issues, which I didn’t blame the agent for that but he couldn’t answer questions I had about it either. It seems like whenever I actually call the agents office or email the agent he has a secretary that ends up helping me more than the agent.
