Well, first things first, Patty displayed great communication skills with all the politeness in the world. She was confident in her ability to thoroughly explain insurance plans for me and my family. She was very helpful in assisting with my selecting my brand new insurance policies, and she even got me better rates than previous agents. She also seemed very informative and easy to understand. There were no hiccups in her delivery or charm, but she did it with profession and class, which made me feel comfortable with her, and my decision making. Patty was recommend to me from a friend of mine, and I’ll definitely be recommending her to some of my friends as well. You don’t typically experience joy or relaxation at an insurance agency, but her welcoming, gentle, but assertiveness was quite attractive.
