I needed to update some information about my house. I had a metal roof installed. I wondered how this would impact my insurance. They came and checked on the house and found that there was no additional insurance that was needed. I was slightly disappointed that I did not receive a discount for putting on a metal roof because I thought this would decrease the chances that I would make a claim. Overall, that experience went smoothly.

Also, I had a policy discount question. I was wondering about a discount for driving under a certain amount each year. She was able to get back to me quickly with an answer.

For the most part, I shop based upon price. I am happy with a cheap price and the ability to answer questions quickly. She has done this.
