I have had this agent ever since I was able to drive. They have been honest and upfront about the coverage provided and the costs that come with that coverage. I have had one minor car accident, and the agent worked joint with me to make sure everything was sorted out properly. I was very worried about the process going in but they helped ease my worries by guiding me every step of the way. The agent is available for the most part, whenever I have a question or concern that needs to be addressed. Likewise the agency is very near and I always feel comfortable stopping to talk face to face rather than over the phone. The entire staff at the office is very friendly. This agent has been in the neighborhood for a number of years and has proven himself over and over again to be one of the best around. I hope to continue my working relationship with this agent as I grow older. If I ever do need to switch I can only hope that I can find an agent that treats me half as well as this agent. I would recommend this agent to anyone who has insurance needs to be covered. While their prices my be higher than some of the more cut rate agencies, their service on par or better than almost every nationwide provider.
