They have always been very prompt to answer my queries and make policy changes. The few times we’ve made claims Lisa has been very helpful getting things processed with the insurance company. Their offices aren’t that far away and when we first approached them they were very helpful and gave us a good list of options. Suggesting Cincinnati insurance as the one they recommend for the quality of service, local flavor, and price discount if we bundled. I’d happily work with them in the future to discuss any further insurance needs or make changes. They’ve been very proactive also in wanting to talk to us and engage with us as well as sit down with us and discuss our changing insurance needs. A very nice agency to work with and one I would recommend.
