I received this agent when my old state farm agent retired. I was less pleased with my previous agent so I was fairly critical / skeptical of this new agent. So far he and his staff have been good to work with. They straightened out some issues the last agent made and verified that I was paying the lowest rate for my desired coverage. I think I could get slightly cheaper coverage elsewhere but when I shopped around a) the shopping experience was miserable and super spammy and b) the rates I got back were comparable. State farm’s service has been good in the past for claims. They have a good balance sheet and reputation. I’m willing to give this agent more of a chance before considering switching again. That’s about all I have to say about my experience with this agent.
